GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio — Gallia County Sheriff publicly recognized River Valley High School wrestler Budder Manley following his state championship victory.
Manley earned the title of Division III State Wrestling Champion at 190 pounds, marking a major achievement for both River Valley and the broader Gallia County community.
