MASSIEVILLE, Ohio — A Massieville woman has been ordered to serve jail time following a violation of probation stemming from a misdemeanor criminal case filed in Chillicothe Municipal Court.
According to court records, Kelli J. Beeler, 46, of Massieville, was originally charged under Ohio Revised Code 2911.21, criminal trespass, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. The complaint was filed on December 6, 2024, following an incident reported on November 27, 2024.
During proceedings in early 2025, Beeler entered a guilty plea to the charge and was sentenced by the court. The sentence included a $100 fine, court costs, and non-reporting probation. The court also imposed special conditions including a no-contact order with the victim and an order requiring Beeler to stay away from the Trego Creek Road area in Chillicothe.
Court records later show that a probation violation complaint was filed on October 29, 2025. A hearing was scheduled, but Beeler failed to appear, resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest.
After further proceedings, the court determined Beeler had violated the terms of her probation and ordered her to serve 14 days in jail.
However, records indicate Beeler failed to report to serve the jail sentence, prompting the court to issue another capias warrant on February 4, 2026. The warrant specifies that the defendant is not bondable and must serve the 14-day sentence upon arrest.
Court records indicate the case remains active in Chillicothe Municipal Court.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
