A man booked into the Franklin County jail on Thursday is facing felony pandering obscenity charges involving a minor.
Joe Owen Ellis was booked Thursday, November 5. Jail records list three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. He is held at the James A. Karnes Corrections Center, and bond has not been set.
His next court date is Friday, November 6 in Franklin County Municipal Court.
Charges are not a conviction. Ellis is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
