Chillicothe, Ohio — A Chillicothe man has pleaded guilty in a Ross County Common Pleas Court case involving multiple counts of aggravated vehicular assault.
According to court records, Harley M. Maynard was charged with five counts of Aggravated Vehicular Assault, each listed as a second-degree felony under Ohio Revised Code 2903.08.
The case was filed in Ross County Common Pleas Court on July 11, 2025.
Court records show the case proceeded through several pretrial hearings over the following months. During the proceedings, defense counsel filed a number of motions including requests for discovery and a motion to suppress evidence. Multiple subpoenas were also issued for witnesses in the case.
On January 20, 2026, Maynard appeared in court for a change-of-plea hearing, where he entered a guilty plea.
The case moved to final disposition on March 6, 2026, where court records indicate the outcome as “Guilty or No Contest – Reduced Charge.”
