A Chillicothe woman is facing multiple charges, including a felony count of failure to comply with a law enforcement officer, following a traffic stop conducted by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
According to records filed in Chillicothe Municipal Court, Candee M. Jensen, 57, of Chillicothe, was charged after an incident that occurred on July 20, 2026.
Court records show Jensen is charged with:
- Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a fourth-degree felony under Ohio Revised Code 2921.331(B).
- Operating a Vehicle While Impaired (OVI) – Refusal, a first-degree misdemeanor under Ohio Revised Code 4511.19(A)(2).
- Driving Under an OVI Suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor.
The criminal complaints were filed on July 21, 2026. Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper T. Schoenfeld is listed as the complainant on the court filings.
