A Ross County man facing multiple felony drug possession charges is back in custody after a judge modified the conditions of his release in an ongoing criminal case.
According to Ross County Common Pleas Court records, Richard W. Detty, 43, of Chillicothe, was indicted in January 2026 on three fifth-degree felony drug charges stemming from allegations involving possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine, and aggravated possession of drugs.
